Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.

All orders are shipped within 2 working days and are generally delivered by courier within 2 - 4 days. Each order carries a tracking number and will be sent by email as soon as the order has been shipped.


We do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased and the item is not defective or has not been wrongly sent by us, return shipping charges may be charged to you. 

If we accept a return for any reason other than the item being defective or wrongly being sent to you, any shipping charges previously paid by you will not be refunded.

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders can be made before an order has been shipped. To make a cancellation request, you can contact us at Once we receive your cancellation request, we will cancel your order with no charges for cancellation and you will receive a notification confirming that your order has been cancelled.

The payment that has been made towards the order will be refunded back to your original payment method. If you have requested to cancel only a part of the order, only the payment made for the cancelled item(s) will be refunded back to you.

Once an order has been shipped from our side, we will not be able to process any cancellation requests.
